My experience with Luv-a-rug was excellent!

Steve picked my rugs from one address and delivered it to my new address. Not only did they look great, but Steve went way beyond just delivering them. He helped my partner and I roll out the large rug under an existing bed and dresser. We really appreciated the help, as it was heavy and awkward for us do it alone.

Steve was great to work with. Very personable, respectful, and friendly.

Recently took 4 synthetic rugs along with 2 wool rugs to Lu-A-Rug.

All were in need of a good clean and required some pet stain remediation. We have taken several of our rugs to Dusty in the past and, once again, they did a great job.

Our hand-knotted Nepalese living room rug needed a refresh -- it came home bright and clean, perfectly dry, and with no odour or artificial scent.

The pickup and delivery service was excellent (10 x 13 heavy carpet) -- care was taken not to damage any furniture, etc. when removing/returning the carpet.

Luv-A-Rug does a great job all-around.

Our family has a large antique Persian rug than came to us from my husband's mother.

We have had it for years and it needed care -- cleaning and repair of the fringe and one full side.
