LEGENDARY WORK! I brought in a braided-wool rug that once belonged to my Grandmother. My best guess is that it’s at least 70yrs old? When I unrolled it, I was amazed how soft and glossy it feels under foot and the colors? Stunning! The team did an incredible job cleaning, protecting and repairing the holes between the cords. Dusty (owner) is the consummate professional for several of our rugs. My wife and I spent 10 years in the Middle East and learned a bit about good rugs. Dusty knows them WAY better than we do! They needed some heavy cleaning and some minor repairs. Expensive rugs, silk and wool. Steven and the Luv A Rug team are so kind and generous!  I took my classroom carpet to him over the summer, but it was in such poor condition after 10 years of use in a primary classroom that Steven said it wasn't worth cleaning. The LGBTQ+2 friendly team at Luv-A-Rug are such lovely people! They are careful and considerate, friendly and professional. They laughed at all my bad jokes too, which was awesome.

The shop is a bit out of the way, being tucked in behind other industrial places, but it's definitely worth the trip.

I could tell right away the folks there knew Persian rugs.
