This was my second area carpet I brought in to be cleaned. It had various stains from general usage and had not been cleaned for years.

Our small area endured years of traffic, pets and spills.

We were close to disposing of the rug as we didn't think much could be done to save it.

After a telephone consultation, and the price being reasonable, we decided to give cleaning a try. That was a good decision, as Luv-a-Rug brought life back into our rug.

The cleaning removed several stains we thought were permanent and there was no lingering odour. Highly recommend this service and this company.

Steve picked my rugs from one address and delivered it to my new address. Not only did they look great, but Steve went way beyond just delivering them. He helped my partner and I roll out the large rug under an existing bed and dresser. We really appreciated the help, as it was heavy and awkward for us do it alone.

This is the second time I’ve used the services of Luv-a-Rug, and they are the best!

I have an off white shag rug which tends to get matted as well as a bit dingy looking.

Dusty made it look new (again!). This rug is over ten years old but looks great. Besides being mesmerized by watching their cleaning video in their website (😂), their service is exceptional. We used Luv-a-rug to clean two of our area carpets, , and we are very pleased that we did! They are two Persian carpets, and the finished product looks and feels and smells fresh! I was extremely pleased with my experience with Luv-A-Rug. I had two good quality area rugs that were very badly stained when our dog was very ill .
I thought perhaps they were past the point of cleaning but decided to call LAR. I spoke with Dusty who offered to come take a look at them at no charge for this service, no matter the outcome.
He arrived, assured me that they could clean them and off they went. The end result was amazing , the rugs look and smell fantastic , just like new! I highly recommend LAR , the service was excellent , and I could not be happier with my rugs!
