The idea came after Dusty installed a feeder outside his own dad’s care-home window, and saw the joy it brought him. Al Ferraby spoke with Stephen "Dusty" Roberts, the owner-operator of Victoria-based Luv-A-Rug carpet cleaning services, about the bird-feeder project.
