I was going to do a review when I first got my wool carpet cleaned. It was amazing. I got the pet protection and thought now I am set for a year. One week later, our dog had an accident... Simple! Just bring your Pottery Barn Rugs back to us at Luv-A-Rug. We'll reapply the inexpensive protection finish on it once again and your guarantee will be valid for another 6 full months!
Quick Hint: Just before the 6-month guarantee expires, bring your rug in so we can clean it for free one more time before we reapply the new protection finish.
BUT... If you bring your rug in after the 6 months, we will need to charge you to clean your Pottery Barn Rugs before we can apply the protective finish (mainly because the treatment just will not work well if it's applied on a dirty rug).
