It was not only grubby from use and pets; but it was stained from a pet that became ill. It now looks beautiful again and they took great care of it. I was also really pleased with the results of the cleaning and water proofing of the three horse blanket I took in at the same time. I chose this company on the recommendation of some horse friends and I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.
