The rug had pet issues and now it is so clean & fresh.

They have done a great job on my kitchen rug year after year. I like having a rug underfoot in the kitchen but it gets quite dirty.

We saw an ad by Luv A Rug about a waterless method of cleaning a carpet. We contacted Luv A Rug and spoke with Dusty who explained the process. What we liked is that this is a do it yourself procedure and there is no waiting for someone to show up, so that we could do this on our own when convenient.

We dropped by Luv A Rug as arranged, picked up the cleaner and applicator and proceeded to clean the carpet.

The results were great and we now have a clean carpet once again. The cost was very reasonable.

We bought a beautiful wool area rug for our living room at United Floors. The salesman suggested that we take the rug to Luv-A-Rug to get it treated for protection to help resist potential stains. I am always cautious about any kind of chemical treatment for any product and was pleased to learn that Luv-A-Rug does not use chemicals that harm the environment or put the staff at any health risk.

We bought our rug on December 14th, and I wanted the treatment done before Christmas.

When I phoned Luv-A-Rug to find out if that was possible, I was told to bring my rug in that same morning and that I could get it back before they closed that day. Everything about the experience was positive. I arrived with the rug, six hours later I picked it up and brought it home. I was able to put it on the floor immediately, there is no chemical scent, and I’m less worried that it might get stained if holiday foods are accidentally spilled on it. Luv-A-Rug staff were friendly and professional.

We have a 8 x 10 Indu-Persuan area rug that we purchased from Jordan's in 2014.

The rug was used in our main living area and definitely needed a cleaning. We used a local company with which we have been very happy with in the past - they were extremely good at wall-to-wall and carpeted stairs. But when the rug was returned, we were very unhappy with the it's condition - lots of areas unevenly cleaned and mottled looking.
