This was the second time my two rugs came in for a cleaning and a mend.

Both times I have been very pleased. One rug was an oriental hall rug and the other a synthetic small one. The oriental had the ends mended the first time and the sides this time.

The smaller rug had the corners done.

Very pleased with the clean. By doing this every 2 years my rugs will be in good condition for years to come.

I got my carpet from the auction, and had it cleaned by another company.

I wasn’t satisfied with the cleaning and explained that they couldn’t remove some stains. I decided to wait for another year and called LUV-A-RUG to see if they could do a better job.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Luv-A-Rug. I had two good quality area rugs that were very badly stained when our dog was very ill .
I thought perhaps they were past the point of cleaning but decided to call LAR. I spoke with Dusty who offered to come take a look at them at no charge for this service, no matter the outcome.
He arrived, assured me that they could clean them and off they went. The end result was amazing , the rugs look and smell fantastic , just like new! I highly recommend LAR , the service was excellent , and I could not be happier with my rugs!
