We have an 8ft by 10ft Nepalese wool area carpet which has never been cleaned in the 20 years we have owned it.

It had no stains, damage prior to calling Luv-A-Rug but it was in need of cleaning. We originally contacted "Consider It Clean" for a quote and they advised they no longer clean area rugs and referred us to Dusty at Luv-A-Rug.

We called Dusty; he gave us a date and time to come to the house for an assessment. He came the date and time and called us to give us a head's up of his arrival. He was also combining services for others living in our area.

We instantly felt confident in his ability to perform; his written quote was reasonable and the timeframe for doing the work was also reasonable.

The service of having someone pickup the rug and return it was most helpful. Dusty is very knowledgeable and personable. We are very pleased with the service, will use it again and will also recommend it to others.

Luv-A-Rug has washed carpets for us in the past.

Our hand-knotted Nepalese living room rug needed a refresh -- it came home bright and clean, perfectly dry, and with no odour or artificial scent.

The pickup and delivery service was excellent (10 x 13 heavy carpet) -- care was taken not to damage any furniture, etc. when removing/returning the carpet.

Luv-A-Rug does a great job all-around.

Thank you for your very good service, pick up and delivery.

The rugs were cleaned and mended and I appreciate the discount and the work of your employees. I would not hesitate to recommend your service to anyone.

Thanks again and I look forward to using them in my new apartment soon.

My area rug had just your basic grime on it.

Dusty came by and picked it up, and also folded up the underlay. I received the rug back in excellent condition; the cleaning had been done expertly and the colours returned to their previous brilliance. Please note that the rug is nearly 40 years old.

Dusty is a pleasant and cheerful man who has a good community spirit. His business has donated rug cleaning services to charitable causes. I heartily recommend Luv a Rug.

Our rugs are all 5 years old and were in need of their first cleaning.

We have no pets or children, so they weren't stained but definitely needed brightening up.

Despite the pandemic, delivering and picking up our rugs was no problem at all. The results were excellent, and the rugs all look new again. We have dealt with Luv-A-Rug for about 20 years and have always had very good service.
