I have a cream coloured Indian rug that hadn't been cleaned in years. There was accumulated stains from foot traffic and recent pet stains. Service was fast, friendly and the final effect was a carpet that looked and felt like new. We had and very large older Indian wool carpet given to us by my husband's mother and stepfather.

We rolled it out in our dining room and discovered the carpet had a number of old stains. A pet's minor foot injury added some blood stains.
