I had had my old Axminster wool carpet cleaned by Lug a Rug in the 90’s when I inherited it from my Aunt & a few times by in home carpet cleaners but was never really satisfied. When I saw a show on CHEK TV showing Luv a Rug’s cleaning procedure I thought “ This is what my carpet needs”.

I called & who did I get - the owner- Wow! He said we’ll have it picked up today and a few hours later these nice people picked it up.

Dusty called the next day to say that it was done & looked great but need new binding & quoted me a price for everything. I said go ahead. In less than a week he called to say that he was coming up Island & could deliver it on his way & he would be here in just over an hour.

How’s that for great service?Two hours later Dusty called & said his truck had broken down at Galaxy Motors & needed a part which they were waiting for. Ten minutes later Dusty called again & said they were lending him a vehicle & he would be here in 10 min.

He & his Buddy not only brought in my Gorgeous Sparkling Clean Carpet, they laid it down for me & put my furniture back for me. ( I had hurt my back)

It was such wonderful service & so nice to deal with the person in charge who knows what’s going on. It was such a smooth operation! Thanks Dusty & Crew! Awesome work??

Love a rug has taken very good care of my treasured British Indian rug over the past several years.

Although I’ve had it over 40 years every time it’s returned to me from love a rug it is refreshed and renewed soft and smelling sweet. I would not hesitate to recommend love the rug and will continue to use them myself in the future.

We took 2 rugs in that were pretty dirty and needed scotch guarding as well. They looked great when we picked them up and were treated very well by the guys at Luv-A-Rug.

We will be taking one of the area rugs back for re-cleaning as about 2 days after we got the rugs home we got a puppy and I'm afraid we have a whole bunch of new stains to contend with!

We will wait until the puppy is fully house trained before we attempt another clean!

Our family has a large antique Persian rug than came to us from my husband's mother.

We have had it for years and it needed care -- cleaning and repair of the fringe and one full side.

Luv a Rug did a beautiful job of both. The result is a stunning rug with vibrant colours and attractiveness that we didn't know it could have.

I only wish we had taken the rug to Luv a Rug sooner than we did!
