I had had my old Axminster wool carpet cleaned by Lug a Rug in the 90’s when I inherited it from my Aunt & a few times by in home carpet cleaners but was never really satisfied. When I saw a show on CHEK TV showing Luv a Rug’s cleaning procedure I thought “ This is what my carpet needs”.

I called & who did I get - the owner- Wow! He said we’ll have it picked up today and a few hours later these nice people picked it up.

Dusty called the next day to say that it was done & looked great but need new binding & quoted me a price for everything. I said go ahead. In less than a week he called to say that he was coming up Island & could deliver it on his way & he would be here in just over an hour.

How’s that for great service?Two hours later Dusty called & said his truck had broken down at Galaxy Motors & needed a part which they were waiting for. Ten minutes later Dusty called again & said they were lending him a vehicle & he would be here in 10 min.

He & his Buddy not only brought in my Gorgeous Sparkling Clean Carpet, they laid it down for me & put my furniture back for me. ( I had hurt my back)

It was such wonderful service & so nice to deal with the person in charge who knows what’s going on. It was such a smooth operation! Thanks Dusty & Crew! Awesome work??

We had two Oriental carpets that needed cleaning. One was just old and dirty and the other well, old and dirty but also stained with recent dog pee!

Luv a rug turned them both into "like new" and offered incredible service right before Christmas at a very affordable price.

Our hand-knotted Nepalese living room rug needed a refresh -- it came home bright and clean, perfectly dry, and with no odour or artificial scent.

The pickup and delivery service was excellent (10 x 13 heavy carpet) -- care was taken not to damage any furniture, etc. when removing/returning the carpet.

The results were striking. Vivid colours had resurfaced, and the stitching was precise and elegant, looking more like a set-piece of old-fashioned craftsmanship than a repair.

All very much to my aesthetic, domestic and emotional satisfaction.

We have two dogs, One which has gone through the puppy phase and the other which is going through a geriatric phase. Needless to say the carpets had become quite stained, smelly and dingy, even from dirty paws.
