Luv-A-Rug came to our home to provide an estimate for our 3 Persian rugs and picked them up for cleaning that same day. The rugs required thorough cleaning and we also opted to get the moth-resistant treatment. The estimated time for the service was accurate and we liked the convenience of the pickup and delivery service, and the cleaned rugs look great and exceeded our expectations. We went with Luv-A-Rug because we had heard good things about them and after using their services, we would highly recommend them. They are so knowledgeable about the types of rugs we have and knew the best way to treat them. It was an excellent experience and results.

Upon arriving to the Victoria outlet, I was greeted by Shane, who willingly came out to my van to look at my older 4 x 6 ft. rug.

Within minutes, he had me all checked in professionally and suggested to me various options worth considering. One of those considerations was the binding added to my frayed rug edges, to be completed by Dusty.

Upon the delivery by courier to my home, I opened up the rug and what a difference! It now looks clean, polished with a shine and the edges are so neat, tidy and stream-lined. Beautiful.

This is not our first time with Luv-A-Rug - we had two large 'oriental style' rugs of unknown origin cleaned by them 2 years ago, and were so delighted with the results that we asked Dusty to clean a very expensive Indian rug that we have had for around 50 years. It was much loved by generations of pets and children, and it showed. Dull, dusty and crusty feeling, and a bit whiffy...
When we saw our rug this week - clean and bright, silky to the touch, and smelling fresh, we could not believe it was the same rug! Its SO Beautiful!
The rug was picked up from our home in Nanoose, Dusty called to let us know what was required to clean it, kept us informed during the process, and then had it delivered back to us two weeks later.
I cannot say enough good things about the high level of service, excellent communications, and above all - the wonderful 'new' rug.

We have an 8ft by 10ft Nepalese wool area carpet which has never been cleaned in the 20 years we have owned it.

It had no stains, damage prior to calling Luv-A-Rug but it was in need of cleaning. We originally contacted "Consider It Clean" for a quote and they advised they no longer clean area rugs and referred us to Dusty at Luv-A-Rug.

We called Dusty; he gave us a date and time to come to the house for an assessment. He came the date and time and called us to give us a head's up of his arrival. He was also combining services for others living in our area.

We instantly felt confident in his ability to perform; his written quote was reasonable and the timeframe for doing the work was also reasonable.

The service of having someone pickup the rug and return it was most helpful. Dusty is very knowledgeable and personable. We are very pleased with the service, will use it again and will also recommend it to others.

We had used their service a few years ago for some auto carpets and small rugs, with complete satisfaction with quality and price.

During a recent house renovation we decided to have a very large oriental wool rug cleaned, the old-style fringe removed, and a new underlay cut to fit.

Luv-a-Rug did an absolutely outstanding job in every way: prompt pickup (no charge for pickup or delivery), accurate cost estimate, the contracted work done quickly, continued storage of the rug and underlay for an extra 3 weeks while waiting on the renovations to be completed, delivery the day after being contacted, underlay and carpet accurately positioned in the room, and heavy furniture lifted back into place on the rug.

We are completely satisfied with all aspects of Luv-a-Rug services and would highly recommend the company.

In the meantime, we’re already planning to have the company next clean and repair a 80+ year old oriental rug.
