Service from Luv-A-Rug was exceptional: fast responses, great communication, but most important, a beautiful cleaning of my Chinese wool rugs. I was amazed at how white the fringes were, and the pile renewal and brighter colors were obvious.

My auction bought wool carpet came back looking like it was brand new
I got my carpet from the auction, and had it cleaned by another company.
I wasn’t satisfied with the cleaning and explained that they couldn’t remove some stains. I decided to wait for another year and called LUV-A-RUG to see if they could do a better job.
To my delight and amazement, my wool carpet came back looking like it must have looked when it was brand new.
The colours are vibrant and the rug smells clean and fresh.
LUV-A-RUG was even able to remove the stains I was told couldn’t come out, by the first cleaner I tried last year.

Pleased to learn that Luv-A-Rug does not use chemicals
We bought a beautiful wool area rug for our living room at United Floors. The salesman suggested that we take the rug to Luv-A-Rug to get it treated for protection to help resist potential stains. I am always cautious about any kind of chemical treatment for any product and was pleased to learn that Luv-A-Rug does not use chemicals that harm the environment or put the staff at any health risk.
We bought our rug on December 14th, and I wanted the treatment done before Christmas.
When I phoned Luv-A-Rug to find out if that was possible, I was told to bring my rug in that same morning and that I could get it back before they closed that day. Everything about the experience was positive. I arrived with the rug, six hours later I picked it up and brought it home. I was able to put it on the floor immediately, there is no chemical scent, and I’m less worried that it might get stained if holiday foods are accidentally spilled on it. Luv-A-Rug staff were friendly and professional.
They had a lot of customers and were very efficient. They obviously know what they are doing. I’ll definitely use their service again and will recommend it to my friends.
I saw a show on CHEK TV showing Luv-A-Rug’s cleaning procedure
I had had my old Axminster wool carpet cleaned by Lug a Rug in the 90’s when I inherited it from my Aunt & a few times by in home carpet cleaners but was never really satisfied. When I saw a show on CHEK TV showing Luv a Rug’s cleaning procedure I thought “ This is what my carpet needs”.
I called & who did I get - the owner- Wow! He said we’ll have it picked up today and a few hours later these nice people picked it up.
Dusty called the next day to say that it was done & looked great but need new binding & quoted me a price for everything. I said go ahead. In less than a week he called to say that he was coming up Island & could deliver it on his way & he would be here in just over an hour.
How’s that for great service?Two hours later Dusty called & said his truck had broken down at Galaxy Motors & needed a part which they were waiting for. Ten minutes later Dusty called again & said they were lending him a vehicle & he would be here in 10 min.
He & his Buddy not only brought in my Gorgeous Sparkling Clean Carpet, they laid it down for me & put my furniture back for me. ( I had hurt my back)
It was such wonderful service & so nice to deal with the person in charge who knows what’s going on. It was such a smooth operation! Thanks Dusty & Crew! Awesome work??
