Luv-A-Rug and Dusty were amazing!

Dusty's service and communications with us were outstanding, we were quite worried about the stain our dog left on a friend's nice wool carpet, and he kept us in the loop every step of the way.

The online livestream on YouTube is great, and we just happened to see it when they were cleaning our rug.

It's a fascinating process and we felt very reassured that the carpet was getting the best care available. The best part - the stain and contamination are completely gone!

Dear Dusty and Staff, we are delighted with the look of the carpets that we brought in for cleaning recently.

My Turkish carpet was dirty and very dull and now the colours are vibrant and beautiful again. The small carpets also look like new and are lovely to look at and walk on. I was about to toss my white carpet but I am glad I did not. It looks like new again too and is not taking up space in the landfill.

We bought a beautiful wool area rug for our living room at United Floors. The salesman suggested that we take the rug to Luv-A-Rug to get it treated for protection to help resist potential stains. I am always cautious about any kind of chemical treatment for any product and was pleased to learn that Luv-A-Rug does not use chemicals that harm the environment or put the staff at any health risk.

We bought our rug on December 14th, and I wanted the treatment done before Christmas.

When I phoned Luv-A-Rug to find out if that was possible, I was told to bring my rug in that same morning and that I could get it back before they closed that day. Everything about the experience was positive. I arrived with the rug, six hours later I picked it up and brought it home. I was able to put it on the floor immediately, there is no chemical scent, and I’m less worried that it might get stained if holiday foods are accidentally spilled on it. Luv-A-Rug staff were friendly and professional.

They had a lot of customers and were very efficient. They obviously know what they are doing. I’ll definitely use their service again and will recommend it to my friends.
