What we liked is that this is a do it yourself procedure and there is no waiting for someone to show up, so that we could do this on our own when convenient.

We dropped by Luv A Rug as arranged, picked up the cleaner and applicator and proceeded to clean the carpet.

The results were great and we now have a clean carpet once again. The cost was very reasonable.
