What initiated our call for help was getting our huge Persian rug cleaned & sanitized of residue fecal matter.

The rug is like new and looks magnificent. Because of that kind of service, we had the rest of our rugs (about 13 years old) also cleaned & sanitized.

We took 2 rugs in that were pretty dirty and needed scotch guarding as well. They looked great when we picked them up and were treated very well by the guys at Luv-A-Rug.

We will be taking one of the area rugs back for re-cleaning as about 2 days after we got the rugs home we got a puppy and I'm afraid we have a whole bunch of new stains to contend with!

We will wait until the puppy is fully house trained before we attempt another clean!

I have a cream coloured Indian rug that hadn't been cleaned in years. There was accumulated stains from foot traffic and recent pet stains. Service was fast, friendly and the final effect was a carpet that looked and felt like new.
