I first discovered LUV-A-RUG when one of my wool rugs developed a moth issue.

Dusty came, inspected, and confirmed the issue. He gave me a lot of great tips on how to get the most out of wool carpets (no beater bars!) And how to avoid moths taking hold.

Dusty cleaned and moth-treated our carpets and I haven't had a moth issue since. LUV-A-RUG has cleaned our wool rugs for years, and each time they are returned they feel brand new. It's like magic!

I brought a 5x7 rug into Luv-A-Rug hoping Dusty and his team could bring it back to life.

I had used Luv-A-Rug before with great results. I am sooooooo happy that the beautiful color is back. I would recommend Luv-A-Rug to anyone who cannot part with a rug they have and want the life put back in it. Thank-You

I have a cream coloured Indian rug that hadn't been cleaned in years. There was accumulated stains from foot traffic and recent pet stains. Service was fast, friendly and the final effect was a carpet that looked and felt like new. I have used Luv-A-Rug in the past (many years ago) and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thanks for a great experience.

My experience with Luv-A-Rug has been wonderful.

Upon arriving to the Victoria outlet, I was greeted by Shane, who willingly came out to my van to look at my older 4 x 6 ft. rug.

Within minutes, he had me all checked in professionally and suggested to me various options worth considering. One of those considerations was the binding added to my frayed rug edges, to be completed by Dusty.

Upon the delivery by courier to my home, I opened up the rug and what a difference! It now looks clean, polished with a shine and the edges are so neat, tidy and stream-lined. Beautiful.

I am so pleased and happy with Shane and Dusty, and all that they have done for me.

The rug now lies on the entrance flooring of my home, and it looks amazing! Thank you so very much.

I encourage anyone to use this excellent company and service. You will be pleased, guaranteed.

Excellent experience.

My rugs are beautifully clean and bright again. Sent in various carpets: wool and synthetic, varying quality.

All beautifully clean.

Chose Luv-A-Rug because it is local to me. And I read the intriguing history of the company. Meeting and speaking with Dusty affirmed what I had hoped: very friendly, very knowledgeable about rug cleaning with great attention to detail.

And great communication about pick-up and return. I recommend!
