Our family has a large antique Persian rug than came to us from my husband's mother.

We have had it for years and it needed care -- cleaning and repair of the fringe and one full side.

Luv a Rug did a beautiful job of both. The result is a stunning rug with vibrant colours and attractiveness that we didn't know it could have.

Fantastic and friendly service. Met Dusty on his day off and he took delivery of our 2 carpets and also took time to explain their cleaning process.

Our 10-year-old Ushak was stained badly with red wine over a large area and Dusty was uncertain if the stains would come out.

The carpet now looks like new - colors are brilliant and no sign of wine stains anywhere.

The second carpet was unraveling on the sides and his repair work has made it better and stronger than new.

Will not take our carpets anywhere else for cleaning.

Our basement carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a while and showed dirt in the main tracked areas.

We saw an ad by Luv A Rug about a waterless method of cleaning a carpet. We contacted Luv A Rug and spoke with Dusty who explained the process. What we liked is that this is a do it yourself procedure and there is no waiting for someone to show up, so that we could do this on our own when convenient.

We dropped by Luv A Rug as arranged, picked up the cleaner and applicator and proceeded to clean the carpet.

The results were great and we now have a clean carpet once again. The cost was very reasonable.

We would recommend this method of cleaning your carpet unreservedly and won’t hesitate to repeat the process.

A note of praise for Luv-a-Rug.

We had used their service a few years ago for some auto carpets and small rugs, with complete satisfaction with quality and price.

During a recent house renovation we decided to have a very large oriental wool rug cleaned, the old-style fringe removed, and a new underlay cut to fit.

Luv-a-Rug did an absolutely outstanding job in every way: prompt pickup (no charge for pickup or delivery), accurate cost estimate, the contracted work done quickly, continued storage of the rug and underlay for an extra 3 weeks while waiting on the renovations to be completed, delivery the day after being contacted, underlay and carpet accurately positioned in the room, and heavy furniture lifted back into place on the rug.

We are completely satisfied with all aspects of Luv-a-Rug services and would highly recommend the company.

In the meantime, we’re already planning to have the company next clean and repair a 80+ year old oriental rug.
