I have been taking rugs to Dusty for years now and always had a educational and fun experience.

So I decided to take a small Bukhara rug in for opinion as to its worthiness to clean. I purchased it for small price at a garage sale at least 25-30 years ago and my brother who just passed away, had it for the last 17 years.

Needless to say, it is now a vibrant and newly bordered rug sitting in front of our hearth and in a place of prominence.

My dog had P'd on my area rug bad enough I could smell it when I walked in the house. Luv-A-Rug came out, picked up the rug (including moving some furniture) gave it a great cleaning and brought it back right on time. Being sensitive to smells I really liked that it didn't smell like perfumed cleaners that just cover up smells, it smelled like nothing when I got it back, nothing but clean and white with no yellow spots. They were very professional and I would recommend them to everyone.

This company has excellent service; pick up was quick and so was home delivery.

The rug had pet issues and now it is so clean & fresh.

We have an 8ft by 10ft Nepalese wool area carpet which has never been cleaned in the 20 years we have owned it.

It had no stains, damage prior to calling Luv-A-Rug but it was in need of cleaning. We originally contacted "Consider It Clean" for a quote and they advised they no longer clean area rugs and referred us to Dusty at Luv-A-Rug.

We called Dusty; he gave us a date and time to come to the house for an assessment. He came the date and time and called us to give us a head's up of his arrival. He was also combining services for others living in our area.

We instantly felt confident in his ability to perform; his written quote was reasonable and the timeframe for doing the work was also reasonable.

The service of having someone pickup the rug and return it was most helpful. Dusty is very knowledgeable and personable. We are very pleased with the service, will use it again and will also recommend it to others.

Oh my goodness! It’s like having new rugs again.

We have two dogs, One which has gone through the puppy phase and the other which is going through a geriatric phase. Needless to say the carpets had become quite stained, smelly and dingy, even from dirty paws.

Dusty and his crew got our carpets (both wool and silk thread) bright , fresh and new again!
